Introduction and inventory
We always start with a good conversation – by phone or during an appointment.
We discuss, among other things:
- What design you are looking for.
- Whether you already have files of your own.
- What application the panels are intended for.
Goal: get your needs and the project question clear.
Initial proposal and production sample
Based on our conversation, we will create a production sample.
We include this in the follow-up conversation so we can directly discuss application, sizing, material selection and finishing requirements.
Custom quote
With all the information (including gross/net dimensions and desired method of completion), we create a clear quote, including project schedule.
Review and approval of digital files
After your approval, the order will be scheduled and confirmed.
Our work preparation department will create production files exactly tailored to your project.
Production and quality control
You will receive the digital files for verification of dimensions and details, among other things.
Only after your approval do we start production.
Packaging and logistics
Your panels are carefully packed and shipped through reliable logistics partners so that they arrive to you safely and in perfect condition.
