Where can I find information about a product?
What materials can the Reallook system be applied to?
Our system is suitable for a variety of materials, including wall and furniture panels, floors, ceilings and custom interior solutions. We are happy to advise you on the best choice for your project.
May I supply my own panels?
In consultation, this is possible. We always assess in advance whether the supplied material is suitable for our printing and varnishing system.
Are Reallook panels delivered gross or net?
Panels can be supplied either gross or net, depending on the requirement and application in your project.
Is further processing of the plate possible?
Yes, our panels can be subsequently milled, sawn or incorporated into custom furniture or interior design.
Production and delivery
What is the average production time?
Delivery time varies by project and print run, but on average you should expect 2 to 4 weeks. Rush orders are possible in consultation.
Can you also deliver my order?
Yes, we deliver nationally and internationally. We tailor transportation options to the size and location of your project.
What is the Reallook system?
The Reallook system combines high-quality digital printing with a protective lacquer coating, making panels durable, scratch-resistant and water-resistant (WetPanel). This makes them suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Quality and color
What is the "Reallook quality?
Our panels are distinguished by photographic sharpness, lifelike detail and durable finish. Thanks to our unique lacquer system, they withstand intensive use.
Is the color displayed on the screen correct?
Colors on a screen may vary from the final print. For the most accurate assessment, we recommend ordering a Quality sample.
Are the set images to scale?
Yes, the decor cutouts as shown on the website are actually 600 x 600 mm. This gives you a realistic picture of the final result.
Design and files
What if I have my own design?
We can incorporate your own designs without any problem. We guide you through the process step by step.
What quality should my file meet?
We work with high resolution files (minimum 150 dpi at full size). Our submission specifications are easily downloadable in our footer.
Can my own material/decor also be digitized?
Yes, we have a high-quality scanner that allows us to digitize and reproduce existing materials and structures.
Samples
What is a "Quality sample?
A Quality sample is a test panel on the actual material so that you can judge the print quality, color and finish.
How do I order a Quality sample?
You can easily order a sample through our sales team. Submit your design or chosen decor, and we’ll make sure you receive a representative sample.
